Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and verify item eligibility.
Prepare the Item
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional pickup from your residence; smaller decor items can be dropped off at any of our Texas showroom locations.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
